The tourist spot, also called the Nageen Valley, is one of the lesser known but stunning scenic wonder at an altitude of 9000 ft, which is part of Gulmarg Biosphere Reserve, Quite Famous for its LUSH ALPINE MEADOWS, BLUE PINES, AND WILDLIFE which include MUSK DEER, LEOPARD, RED FOX and THE HANGUL(kashmiri stag).
The Gulmarg-Botapathri road is a heaven for trekkers and nature lovers alike. It was opened for tourists only a few years ago.
